Due to increasing demand outside of aviation, ZenithJet has launched Zenith Net-Zero, a GHG accounting and Inventories provider for companies that operate outside of the aviation and aerospace sectors.

“We have been seeing an increasing demand for non-aviation clients, and as such, wanted to build a stand-alone brand from our aviation interests”. says Nick Houseman, President and Founder of ZenithJet. 

Zenith Net-Zero has been busy serving clients across various industries, especially within the commercial real estate sector, who now have to report GHG emissions of properties they manage to the City of Montreal, under by-law 21-042.  

“As it stands, the city of Montreal is taking inventory of GHG emissions that are linked to industrial buildings and office spaces – We believe it won’t be long until the city will mandate reductions and offsetting in order to align with it’s net-zero goals”.
