Nick Houseman

President

Nick Houseman has more than 20 years of experience in business aviation, including expertise in charter, operations, production and completions. As Bombardier’s Director of Flight Operations, Sales Support & Sales Engineering, Nick was responsible for demonstration and interim lift aircraft, and managing the worldwide sales support team. As Program Director, Global 5000 and Global XRS, he was responsible for the overall viability of Bombardier’s flagship business aircraft. During this period, Nick successfully launched several product improvements, including increasing the range of the Global 5000 and introducing the Global Vision cockpit upgrade. Vincent Panfili

Director, Technical Projects

Vince Panfili earned turbo-machinery experience at Rolls-Royce Energy (now Siemens ADGT) in Industrial Trent and RB211 gas turbine fleet development support. At APG-Neuros, a high efficiency turbo-blower manufacturer, he supported ensuing technical RFQs/bids and performance analyses. Vince joined ZenithJet in 2015. He supports the Technical Services team with oversight of aircraft completions and maintenance projects including aircraft inspections, engine inspections and overhauls. Brent Davies

Director, Technical Services

Brent Davies began his career at Canadair in 1978 as an aircraft electrician. In 1980, Brent transferred to Field Services to install critical service bulletins. In 1985, he joined Innotech Aviation as an avionics technician, where he carried out upgrades on cabin entertainment and navigation systems. In 1994, Brent was promoted to lead Avionics Installations, where he led a team of more than 60 technicians. In 2004, he joined Aerospace Concepts as Manager of Technical Completions, responsible for project management of interior completions, pre-buys and green aircraft inspections. Marjan Esbati

Head of Carbon Accounting

Marjan holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering, from Concordia University in Montreal and a Master of Engineering in Agricultural Biotechnology from Tehran University. Marjan has also successfully completed the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol courses for the quantifying GHG inventories and a true account of emission, reporting and offering mitigation measures. Marjan has joined as a Sustainability Manager focusing on helping our clients to evaluate their carbon footprint and manage their climate change impact by establishing long-term and interim emission reduction targets based on scientific principles. Her passion about environment inspired her to strive for raising awareness about climate risk, GHG emissions, consequences of emitting GHGs and the possible methods to compensate for it.
