Nick Houseman


Nick Houseman has more than 20 years of experience in business aviation, including expertise in charter, operations, production and completions. As Bombardier’s Director of Flight Operations, Sales Support & Sales Engineering, Nick was responsible for demonstration and interim lift aircraft, and managing the worldwide sales support team. As Program Director, Global 5000 and Global XRS, he was responsible for the overall viability of Bombardier’s flagship business aircraft. During this period, Nick successfully launched several product improvements, including increasing the range of the Global 5000 and introducing the Global Vision cockpit upgrade. Kevin Rodgers

Executive Vice President

Kevin Rodgers has more than 20 years of experience in business aviation and has held senior management roles at companies including Jet Aviation and Bombardier Skyjet. Since 2009, Kevin and the ZenithJet team have managed more than 300 aircraft projects, including delivery of new aircraft. He manages major inspections, modifications, pre-purchase inspections and deliveries of models including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault Falcon, Embraer and Textron Aviation aircraft. Kevin also has experience with corporate airliners, including Boeing Business Jets and the Embraer Lineage 1000. He has a proven ability to keep aircraft projects on-schedule, on-budget and delivered to the highest standards. Kevin serves as Vice Chairman of the Georgia Business Aviation Association. Brent Davies

Director, Technical Services

Brent Davies began his career at Canadair in 1978 as an aircraft electrician. In 1980, Brent transferred to Field Services to install critical service bulletins. In 1985, he joined Innotech Aviation as an avionics technician, where he carried out upgrades on cabin entertainment and navigation systems. In 1994, Brent was promoted to lead Avionics Installations, where he led a team of more than 60 technicians. In 2004, he joined Aerospace Concepts as Manager of Technical Completions, responsible for project management of interior completions, pre-buys and green aircraft inspections. Vincent Panfili

Director, Technical Projects

Vince Panfili earned turbo-machinery experience at Rolls-Royce Energy (now Siemens ADGT) in Industrial Trent and RB211 gas turbine fleet development support. At APG-Neuros, a high efficiency turbo-blower manufacturer, he supported ensuing technical RFQs/bids and performance analyses. Vince joined ZenithJet in 2015. He supports the Technical Services team with oversight of aircraft completions and maintenance projects including aircraft inspections, engine inspections and overhauls. Mohamed Salem

Mohamed Salem

Manager, Sustainability

Mohamed holds a Masters of Engineering in Environmental Engineering, from Concordia University in Montreal and a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Qatar University. Mohamed has also successfully completed the series of ISO 14064 courses for the quantification, reporting, and verification of Green House Gas (GHG) emissions in addition to removal projects. Mohamed began his career as a Chemical Engineer at a major refining facility in the energy industry. Mohamed joined ZenithJet in 2021 as a Sustainability Manager focused on supporting ZenithJet clients to evaluate their carbon footprint and provide sustainability solutions.
